Welcome to Here on Purpose. We believe life is not an accident, but a purposeful experience of coming to know the one who gave us life in the first place. God’s Story is a love story filled with triumph and tragedy. Throughout this site we will be incorporating audio and video like the one linked HERE to help you process the mystery of this love story. Our goal is to help you become a fully devoted follower of your maker while teaching you how to help others do the same. Scripture is filled with references to the potential of a seed. The seed is not just a seed but a tree. The seed is not only capable of being a tree but a forest. God wants to impact generations through our life in such a way that people are continuing in the footsteps of the Master long after we are dead and gone.

The Growth Process
The first step in this process is to determine where you are at in your journey. The tool we use to do that is called an assessment. The assessment helps you to determine the next steps in your spiritual journey. The interactive movie/slideshow below will enable you to see a picture of the growth process we are describing and how it is rooted in New Testament metaphors.
Taking an Assessment
To take an assessment you should have someone who has either committed to help disciple you or hold you accountable on your journey although this is not required. Once you have taken the assessment your discipler/mentor can help you determine which objectives are needed to help you grow up your faith and become a servant to others. To proceed with the assessment process click on the spiritual journey assessment link below. Be sure to click OK at the bottom of the assessment when done to ensure it gets saved to the database for later discussion with your discipler and/or small group leader. You will need to be given a code that is unique to you so that your results remain private but can also be accessed by whoever is given your private code (i.e your disciple maker).
